University of Nottingham won Sports University of the Year in The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2021. The University it’s currently the 2nd most targeted university by employers and ranked 18th in the UK and 114th in the world by the QS World University Rankings 2023.

As a university sports club, we offer the rare benefit of vast recruitment opportunities from one of the best Russell Group universities in the country. With access to our 300+ members, plus through word-of-mouth to non-members, we provide a gateway to many University of Nottingham students. The benefit of a sports club is not just the powerful relationships it supplies but also the quality of personnel, as playing high level sport at UoN has been proven to increase academic attainment. With a typical UoN entry requirement being AAA and all our 1st team leavers in 2021 finishing with a 2:1 or higher, our members highly targeted by employers due to their academics and teamwork qualities.

We offer a wide variety of exposure opportunities through either; digital advertisement via Match-day Programmes, social media, live-streaming or physical advertisement via venue branding, kit sponsorship and event sponsorship. We can tailor a package to suit your needs.

Our playing kit will be worn across the country, with exposure ranging from local weekend league games across the Midlands to live-streamed Premier National League matches. Both 1st XI teams will be playing in London twice a month, meaning 1st team kit and player sponsorship has a broad reach. We offer the unique additional opportunity to physically advertise on a Wednesday via our BUCS league matches, involving universities far and wide from Exeter to Edinburgh.

We keep our members engaged through weekly social events and other physical activities. We hold a few larger events each year including our biennial Alumni Ball which occurs every other summer which has over 300 attendees in 2021. This engagement has resulted in members who have left the club 50 years ago are still actively involved with our club activities due to the huge impact it had on their university experience.
